As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Administration Manager to join our Perth team and play a key role in supporting our warehouse and logistics operations.

n

About the Role

n

Reporting directly to the Head of Logistics, you will oversee the day-to-day warehouse and administration operations at our Welshpool facility.

n

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing people, inventory, transport, warehouse processes and administration while ensuring the operation remains safe, efficient and customer-focused.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage the day-to-day warehouse operation and team.
n
- Lead, train and develop warehouse and administration staff.
n
- Plan and coordinate picking, receiving, dispatch and stock transfers.
n
- Maintain high inventory accuracy and effective use of warehouse space.
n
- Monitor staff productivity, attendance, performance and labour costs.
n
- Coordinate local deliveries, collections and transfers.
n
- Manage the local DI truck, including servicing, maintenance and utilisation.
n
- Oversee warehouse administration, including backorders, invoicing, reports, credits, RAs and stock returns.
n




- Provide support to stores, Customer Care and internal departments.
n
- Coordinate home delivery administration and follow-up requirements.
n
- Ensure a safe, clean and compliant warehouse environment.
n
- Identify operational issues and implement improvements to increase efficiency and service levels.
n
- Provide operational coverage and support during staff absences.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- An experienced warehouse or logistics supervisor/manager.
n
- A strong people leader who can motivate and manage a team.
n
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
n
- Confident managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Experienced in inventory management, receiving, dispatch and warehouse processes.
n
- Experienced working with systems, reports and administration.
n
- A solid communicator who can build positive relationships with stores, customers and transport providers.
n
- Safety-focused and committed to maintaining high workplace standards.
n
- A hands-on leader who is prepared to get involved and lead by example.
n
- Someone who takes ownership, solves problems and gets things done.
