REA Group Ltd. is seeking a Staff Engineer in Melbourne or Sydney to shape the future of REA's AdTech platforms. You will lead design and delivery of high-performance advertising systems, partnering with product and operations teams to drive impact at scale.

You will mentor engineers, contribute to architecture decisions, and stay current with industry advances. This role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities to influence across the entire tech stack.
