Job Description

- Coordinate maintenance requests across the Petstock network and ensure timely resolution
n
- Manage work orders and liaise with contractors, service providers, landlords and key stakeholders
n
- Monitor maintenance activities and ensure works are completed within agreed service levels
n
- Support preventative maintenance and essential services programs
n
- Maintain maintenance systems, records and reporting
n
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers
n
- Track maintenance performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
n
- Ensure all works comply with safety, OH&S; and building standards
n

Requirements

n
- Experience in maintenance coordination, facilities, property, operations or a similar role
n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
n
- Solid attention to detail and administrative accuracy
n
- Ability to build positive relationships with contractors and internal teams
n
- Experience working with service providers, trades, landlords or property managers is highly regarded
