We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Office Administrator & Marketing Assistant Trainee to join our host based in Girraween. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain practical workplace experience while completing a Certificate III in Business — all while being supported throughout their traineeship.

No previous experience is required. We’re looking for someone who is organised, friendly, creative and eager to learn.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Reception, customer enquiries and general administration
- Data entry, filing, documents and spreadsheets
- Social media content and scheduling
- Marketing campaigns, email marketing and promotions
- Creating marketing materials using Adobe InDesign
- Website, CRM and database management
- Events and other team projects

- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Looking to build a long-term career in business and marketing
- Adobe InDesign/graphic design experience and knowledged is advantageous
