Relocation Coordinator | 4-Month Contract | Work From Home 4 Days

Looking for a short-term prospect that offers genuine flexibility, comprehensive training and meaningful customer interaction?

Kent Relocation Group is seeking a friendly, organised and solutions-focused Relocation Coordinator to join our Brisbane team for our busy season.

This is a full-time, four-month fixed-term contract, working four days from home and just one day each week from our Wacol office.

You don’t need to come from the removals industry. If you have experience in customer service, administration, travel, bookings or client coordination-and enjoy keeping people informed and organised-we would love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

Moving can be a stressful experience. You will help make it easier by coordinating each client’s relocation and ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout the process.

Your responsibilities will include

- Acting as a friendly and reassuring point of contact for clients
- Coordinating relocation requirements and keeping clients updated
- Liaising with suppliers to support a smooth and positive experience
- Responding to enquiries, changes and issues with a solutions-focused approach
- Accurately entering and maintaining client information in our technology platform
- Managing competing priorities during our busy relocation season
- Following each relocation through and ensuring important details are not missed

What will help you succeed





We are looking for someone who is naturally helpful, organised and comfortable working in a busy customer-focused environment.

You may bring

- Customer service, administration, coordination, travel or booking experience
- Clear, warm and professional communication skills
- Confidence speaking with customers and suppliers over the phone
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills
- The ability to organise your workload and manage changing priorities
- A calm, logical approach when resolving questions or problems
- Confidence learning new systems and working independently from home
- A genuine desire to provide a great customer experience

Previous relocation or travel-industry experience would be helpful, but it is not essential.

You will receive a structured induction and a two-week training program to help you understand our systems, services and approach to supporting clients.
