The Trustee for HAHABROS TRUST is currently seeking a Retail Manager to join their team in Chermside, QLD.

Duties and responsibilities include:

- Managing daily operations including staff scheduling, workflow, and customer service.
- Leading and supervising the team to maintain high service standards.
- Overseeing inventory and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Improving efficiency through process upgrades, quality control, and staff development.
- Managing store operations including staff supervision and customer service.
- Handling stock control, merchandising, and store presentation.
- Training staff on work procedures and operational requirements.
- Ensuring smooth POS operations, accurate cash handling, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Leading store operations by executing, coordinating, and supervising operational procedures.
- Achieving financial objectives through budget preparation,



expenditure planning, and financial analysis.
- Identifying customer requirements, provided services, and handled inquiries and complaints.
- Maintaining high hygiene and cleanliness standards across the workplace, ensuring all work areas and facilities were kept clean and well maintained.
- Ensuring compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements and maintained a secure working environment.

Applicants must have:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a retail manager
- At least a relevant AQF or equivalent Diploma of Business
- Detailed and up-to-date knowledge of all manuals and procedures related to retail management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and monitor stock levels, cleaning supplies, consumables, and equipment
- Ability to ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures

A salary of $79,500 + super will be offered to the successful candidate.
