As the Manager International Marketing & Student Recruitment, you will lead the planning, development and implementation of international marketing and student recruitment strategies that enhance the Institute’s global reputation and achieve international student enrolment targets.
Reporting to the Director International and Business Development, you will provide leadership across international marketing, recruitment, agent management, admissions, market development and conversion activities while ensuring compliance with international education regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the development and execution of international marketing and student recruitment strategies aligned with Institute objectives.
- Achieve international student enrolment, conversion, revenue and market diversification targets.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with education agents, pathway providers, international partners and key stakeholders.
- Identify and develop new international market opportunities and recruitment channels.
- Lead recruitment campaigns, events, exhibitions and promotional activities in Australia and overseas.
- Monitor recruitment performance data and provide strategic recommendations to maximize growth opportunities.
- Provide leadership, coaching and development to the International Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions team.
- Ensure compliance with ESOS, CRICOS, National Code and Institute requirements relating to international students.

- Tertiary qualifications in marketing,
business, international education or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated success in international student recruitment, marketing and business development.
- Experience achieving enrolment growth and managing recruitment targets.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of international education compliance and regulatory frameworks.
