About Movement Matters Therapy:

Movement Matters Therapy provides Exercise Physiology, Paediatric Physiotherapy, Allied Health Assistance and Hydrotherapy services across Central Australia.

Our approach is trauma-informed, culturally aware and person-centred, with a strong focus on improving access to allied health in regional and remote communities.

The Role:

You'll deliver individualised, functional and goal-focused services across a diverse caseload, including:

- Chronic health conditions

- Neurological conditions and disability

- Pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation

- Healthy ageing and falls prevention

- Injury and persistent pain

- Mental health programs

- Hydrotherapy

- Reformer Pilates

- Occasional remote community outreach

- You'll work across our clinic,



community settings and hydrotherapy facilities.

About You:

You are an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with ESSA accreditation (or eligibility) who values trauma-informed, culturally safe and person-centred practice.

You are adaptable, curious and motivated, and ready to make a genuine difference.

Essential:

- ESSA accreditation or eligibility
First Aid and CPR
Ochre Card and National Police Check
Open driver's licence
Strong communication and documentation skills

- Desirable:

- NDIS or WorkCover experience
Chronic disease experience
Rural or remote health experience — not essential, we'll support you!
