The Clinic and Role

- GP-owned practice established approx. 16 years ago
- Established generational practice with two doctors having been there since day one
- Team of 5 GPs (mix of part time and full time)
- Part-time GP chance available for 2-3 days per week
- Existing patient demand
- Predominantly older, loyal patient demographic with a growing number of younger families moving into the area
- Fantastic working culture with long-term staff and a genuinely supportive team environment
- RN onsite at all times, plus an Enrolled Nurse




- Approx. 1 nurse per 2 doctors
- Nurses assist with care plans and health assessments
- Strong reception support with 2 receptionists
- Best Practice software in use
- Two treatment room beds
- Pathology and pharmacy located next door
- Shopping village nearby with IGA, pharmacy, pathology, bakery and physiotherapy
- Easy parking available

You

- MBBS or equivalent
- Current AHPRA registration
- 19AB restricted doctors welcome to apply
- VR GP
- Patient-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working with an older patient demographic and managing chronic disease
- Interested in developing a long-term career within an established, loyal patient base
- Values a supportive, collaborative and respectful practice culture
