As the name suggests recruitment is our core business, sourcing candidates for both casual and permanent positions with our valued clients. An prospect has arisen for a Recruitment Resourcer to recruit within the Construction, Industrial, and Manufacturing sectors at our office based in Wickham.

This key role will be to provide outstanding support to our Consultants in all areas of candidate generation and engagement. We are seeking a self-motivated individual, with the ability to work autonomously within a team environment.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

- Interviewing Candidates
- Writing & Posting Advertisements
- Reference Checks
- Calling Employees for availability




- Accurately updating our Candidate Database

Past experience in most of the above areas is a must; this role suits someone who has a positive personality that enjoys interacting with many different people on a daily basis. A general understanding of the Construction, Industrial and Manufacturing industries would be an advantage however not a necessity. In addition to this, we are also looking for someone who displays:

- A high attention to detail
- The ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks
- Outstanding time management skills
