About the Role:

- Workplace rehabilitation case management
- Developing and coordinating return-to-work plans
- Liaising with employers, workers, treating practitioners, and insurers
- Attending and contributing to medical case conferences
- Conducting workplace and suitable duties assessments




- Delivering vocational rehabilitation services
- Supporting employer-based injury management programs
- Managing physical and psychological injury cases
- Preparing high-quality reports and recommendations

About You:

- A recognised qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling
- Relevant professional registration, membership, or eligibility
- Experience in Workers' Compensation, Workplace Rehabilitation, Occupational Rehabilitation, or Injury Management
- Solid case management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience managing physical and psychological injury claims
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities
- Confidence working collaboratively with employers, workers, insurers, and medical professionals
- A practical, commercially focused approach to rehabilitation
- Current driver's licence and own vehicle
- Full Australian working rights
