We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to provide 1 month of temporary cover for a site in the Tuncurry region of NSW.

This is a contract role, which could potentially transition into a permanent role.

Working closely with an exceptional onsite team, you will oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the asset, ensuring a protected, compliant and well-presented environment for tenants.

Key Responsibilities

- Management of planned and reactive maintenance
- Coordination of contractors and service providers
- Monitoring statutory compliance, WHS and risk management activities
- Overseeing building services including HVAC, electrical, fire and essential services
- Supporting tenant maintenance requests and stakeholder engagement
- Assisting with operational reporting and budget tracking

About You




- Previous facilities management experience within retail, commercial or mixed-use assets
- Strong understanding of building operations and contractor management
- Knowledge of compliance, WHS and essential services requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Available to commence immediately
