This is a permanent full-time role, based in Sydney CBD.
The Role:
- Manage a portfolio of complex claims end to end
- Be the technical 'go-to' within the team, providing guidance and assistance on escalated claims
- Advise on liability, policy interpretation and disputes
- Coach and mentor Claims Consultants within the team, teaching best practices and new ways of looking at claims
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Design and deliver training modules to assist the growth of best practices within the team
Location: Sydney CBD. Full time in office, moving to 2-3 days per week after probation
Salary: $105,000 Plus Super + Competitive Annual Bonus
About you
- 3-5 years' experience in claims management across motor or property related claims
- Strong ability to determine liability
- Ability to manage relationships with external stakeholders
- Experience in mentoring claims consultants through end-to-end claims management
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to find answers and take your own initiative
