With a range of morning, afternoon and night shifts available across Monday to Sunday, there are opportunities to find a schedule that works for you.

As part of a dedicated local team, you’ll help create a safe, welcoming and home-like setting for our residents. You’ll be responsible for: Assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing

Supporting day-to-day activities including meals, mobility and social activities

Building meaningful relationships with residents and getting to know what matters to them

Working alongside our clinical team to ensure care plans are followed

Maintaining accurate documentation and working collaboratively to support residents’ health and wellbeing

Providing high-quality care and service to residents, their families and our local community To be successful in this role you’ll need:



A Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent)

Preference will be given to PCAs who have completed medication-competency training as part of their Certificate III or Certificate IV studies A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to older people A warm and respectful approach and confidence interacting with a wide variety of people

Good communication skills A reliable, positive and supportive team attitude An understanding of workplace health and safety

Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance What we can offer you: $38 per hour pay rate + superannuation
