As a supervisor for Mammoet, you'll be responsible for orchestrating a team of skilled operatives to prepare, execute and demobilize important and often high-profile heavy lifting and transportation work.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Taking responsibility for the supervision and execution of assigned work
n
- Leading a team with a range of different roles and skills
n
- Providing direction and expert knowledge
n
- Overseeing all phases of work at the site on a day-to-day basis
n
- Ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently and effectively
n
- Add any role specific duties/responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

n





n
- Expert level experience in HLT operations, methods, techniques and equipment. Professional level experience in people management. Excellent customer service and situational analysis
n
- English, skilled proficiency verbal and written
n
- Safety training and certification to Operational Supervisor level, to Mammoet standards
n
- Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining
n
- Ten years of relevant work experience in horizontal and vertical transport
n
- Secondary education (ref. ISCED level 3-4)
