Our client is a well-established property development group in the local market. Seeking an assistant accountant to join the team. Based in Brisbane CBD. The role is a payroll focused role reporting to the Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll (end to end) – 100 staff on a weekly basis, must have good current knowledge of entitlements, legislation, novated leases, super.
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- End of Month (Balance sheet reconciliations, prepayment, and accrual journals)
Experience & Attributes:
- Has the relevant payroll experience
- Willingness to learn

- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Employment Hero and Xero experience ideal
