Job Description

QT Hotels & Resorts seeks a dynamic Conference & Events Sales Leader to head the C&E; Sales team and drive performance in Melbourne. You will maximise yield, convert enquiries to signed deals, and steer forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning with a hands-on, people-first leadership style.

You will mentor a 3-person C&E; team, build robust client relations through networking and site inspections, and stay ahead of market trends to keep us competitive and delivering unforgettable events.
