Licensee Manager | Property Management Perth | Senior Leadership Role

THE POSITION

This is a genuine Licensee Manager prospect for an experienced Property Management leader who wants more than a title.

You will take ownership of a sizeable Property Management division, leading an established team and overseeing a substantial portfolio.

Your focus will include:

- Leading, managing and developing the Property Management team
- Full licensee oversight and compliance responsibility
- Driving performance, accountability and service standards
- Managing escalated and complex matters
- Overseeing compliance,



legislation and operational risk
- Auditing and overseeing outsourced trust accounting
- Refining systems, policies and procedures
- Working closely with national leadership on operational improvements
- Making decisions autonomously and taking ownership of the local business

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

You will need:

- Triennial Certificate / full Licensee capability
- Strong senior Property Management leadership experience
- Proven experience managing and developing a sizeable team
- Excellent knowledge of compliance and legislation
- Confidence handling escalated complaints and difficult situations Strong people leadership and performance management capability

This role needs someone high-energy, commercially minded and decisive.

Someone who gets into the operation, knows what good looks like and is comfortable holding people accountable.

This is not a seat-warming management role. They need someone experienced enough to assess what is happening, make decisions and get on with it.
