We're looking for a motivated and driven Sales Associate to join a high-performing Manly team, supporting two established Directors. Whether you already have some real estate experience or you're looking for your first opportunity in the industry, this is a fantastic chance to build the foundations for a successful long-term career in sales.

This role is all about attitude, work ethic and ambition. If you're hungry to learn, confident speaking with people and genuinely want to become a successful Sales Agent, we want to hear from you.

The Role

- Supporting two experienced Directors
- Prospecting and recent business activity
- Database callbacks and relationship building
- Assisting with open homes
- Letterbox drops and local area marketing
- Organising pre-settlement gifts
- General Sales Associate duties
- Building your knowledge of the local property market

About You

- Current Certificate of Registration – essential
- Experience is not essential – attitude and ambition are key
- Reliable car and current driver's licence
- Ideally based around the Northern Beaches or Lower North Shore
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Confident communication and people skills
- Proactive, energetic and willing to get involved
- Comfortable prospecting and building relationships
- Genuinely passionate about building a long-term career in real estate sales
- Ambitious to eventually progress into becoming a successful Sales Agent
