We’re looking for an experienced Venue Manager to take the lead on day-to-day operations, team performance and the overall guest experience.

About you:

- Experienced hospitality leader with a strong service background
- Venue,



restaurant, pub, bar or entertainment experience
- Comfortable leading teams of 20+ across a busy operation
- Hands-on leadership style with a strong focus on team culture
- Commercially minded, with a solid understanding of budgets, wage costs and KPIs
- Confident managing busy periods while maintaining high service standards
- Guest-focused and comfortable being visible on the floor
- A genuine interest in developing and leading people
