Overview:

Control Systems Technology (CST) is the leader in dynamic weighing; we are passionate about belt scales. With decades of experience delivering innovative solutions across industries, we design, manufacture, and support world-class equipment that enables precision, reliability, and efficiency.

We are looking for a Service Technician to join the team and facilitate the maintenance and build any weighing solution our customers may require. This position is a full-time position based in Osborne Park, WA.

Main tasks:

-Carry out installation, commissioning, and field servicing on weighing equipment across WA customer sites.

-Complete and submit electronic job documentation (calibration reports, shut/condition reports, service check sheets, timesheets, and receipts) within 24 hours of leaving site.

-Identify site rework needs by submitting Chance for Improvement (OFI) forms, and log Corrective Action Requests (CAR) to resolve customer concerns promptly.

-Adhere strictly to CST and client-site OH&S; policies, conduct Take 5 hazard assessments,



and actively submit Hazard Reports when needed.

-Safely operate and maintain company vehicles, adhere to fatigue management policies, and keep assigned tools in top condition.

-Proactively review service documentation to build expertise across CST and third-party products.

Required/Relevant Qualifications & Work Experience:

-Minimum of a relevant Diploma qualification plus minimum 1 year’ relevant work experience in the last 5 years.

Required/Relevant Skills & Knowledge:

-Strong digital literacy for submitting reports and timesheets electronically.

-Proactive communication skills with a prompt approach to escalating technical or site issues to management.

-Ability to think laterally.

-Ability to identify problems, sort through the issues and put in place the solution.

Annual salary will be between $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 (plus superannuation) depending on level of experience.
