We’re partnering with a well-established Brisbane digital marketing agency that has been helping businesses grow online for over 20 years. Over that time, the business has evolved into a full-service agency specialising in digital marketing, web development, SEO, and paid media, supporting clients across a range of industries.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Senior Digital Account Manager to join the team. In this role, you will act as the central point of contact for a portfolio of clients, focusing on building trusted relationships, guiding strategic decisions, and ensuring the smooth delivery of web and digital marketing projects.

About the role:

- Act as the main contact for clients, building trusted, long-term relationships and guiding strategic decisions.
- Lead client communication, including check-ins, reviews, and performance updates.
- Provide guidance on digital marketing channels, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, websites, CRO, and content.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure projects stay on track and deliverables meet client expectations.
- Identify opportunities, manage risks, and support upsell or cross-sell initiatives across accounts.

About you:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a digital agency or similar client-facing environment.




- A solid understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRO and website builds
- Strong communication skills and confidence in strategic, commercial conversations.
- Exceptional organisation and account management skills, able to manage multiple clients at once.
- A proactive, energetic approach, with a natural ability to build relationships and solve problems.

What’s in it for you?

- $100,000 - $125,000 + Super (depending on experience) + bonus + hybrid working 2-3 days from home.
- Open to reduced part-time hours (approximately 27.5 hours per week).
- Open to remote work, with the expectation of attending the Brisbane office for the initial onboarding period (approximately one week), followed by in-person attendance a couple of times per month.
