The SOPO Club Group is seeking an experienced Gaming Operations Manager to lead the gaming across its Gold Coast venues. Working alongside an experienced management, you'll have the chance to influence the customer experience, develop your team, enhance loyalty programs and play a key role in the continued success of one of the Gold Coast's established community club groups.

With approximately 200 Electronic Gaming Machines across the group, this is a senior operational role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading people, driving performance and creating an environment where members genuinely enjoy spending their time.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall management of the Group's gaming operations, ensuring every venue consistently delivers exceptional customer service, operational excellence and strong commercial performance.

Your leadership will extend beyond compliance and daily operations. You'll motivate your team, develop future leaders, implement promotions and loyalty initiatives, monitor performance and continually look for opportunities to improve both the member experience and business outcomes. This is a highly visible leadership position suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership and leading by example.

The successful applicant will be an experienced Gaming Manager who understands that successful gaming operations are built on outstanding people and exceptional customer experiences. You are commercially aware, operationally strong and have the ability to inspire a team to consistently deliver high standards.
