About the Position:

Our client, a prestigious Family Law firm in Brisbane CBD, is seeking a high-performing Senior Family Lawyer with 5-10+ years PAE in Family Law. This role offers significant career progression, with the potential to achieve partnership within a few years for motivated and high-performing individuals. You will lead and mentor junior lawyers, achieve billable targets, and handle a variety of complex family law matters.
Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership: Guide and mentor junior lawyers, fostering their development.
- Client Representation: Handle divorce and separation cases, binding financial agreements, complex property settlements, and more.
- Litigation and Negotiation: Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations.
- Billable Targets: Achieve billable targets of 5-6 hours per day.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years PAE in Family Law, with experience in complex matters
- Proven ability to achieve billable targets
- Experience in managing and mentoring junior lawyers
- Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable and experienced in attending court, mediations, and conferences
