As an Automation Operator based at our state-of-the-art automated distribution centre in Moorebank, Sydney, you will play a key role in supporting the successful operation of advanced warehouse automation systems. Working within a newly established team, you will help ensure our cutting-edge technology, including robotics, ASRS systems, and conveyor networks, operates safely, efficiently, and reliably in a 24/7 environment.

Your Impact

- Monitor and support the performance of automated warehouse systems to maximise operational efficiency.

- Respond to system blockages and disruptions quickly to minimise downtime and maintain throughput.

- Record and report root causes of operational issues to support continuous improvement initiatives.

- Use live dashboards and system tools to identify and address potential performance concerns proactively.

- Maintain a clean, organised, and secure work environment through a "clean as you go" approach.

- Support testing, commissioning, and operational readiness activities for new automation equipment.

- Collaborate with Operations, Service, and Project teams to ensure seamless system performance and customer satisfaction.

- Experience within warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, automation, or customer-facing environments is highly regarded. Exposure to SCADA systems is advantageous.
