- Base Salary of $80,000 - $95,000 + Super + Commission
- Mixed Ages caseload in a hybrid role - majority paediatrics

- Commission bonus of 40% of the hourly rate for each hour above your 20 billable hours per week

- Senior support team always accessible – including NDIS and operational guidance

Your Role:

- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based speech pathology services
- Conduct assessments and interventions across a diverse client base
- Prepare NDIS reports and letters of recommendation when required
- Maintain a strong client-centred approach in both clinic and community environments

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers license and own vehicle
