About the role

Sydneywide Environmental Services Pty Ltd is seeking an HR/HC driver to join our team in a full-time capacity based in Riverstone, NSW. This is a key operational role within our liquid waste transport division, where you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of liquid waste services to our clients across the region. Your role is essential to maintaining our reputation for reliability, professionalism, and service excellence in the road transport and environmental services industry.

Key responsibilities

- Operate and safely manage HR/HC class vehicles for the transportation of liquid sewer waste

- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

- Transport liquid waste to designated collection and disposal sites in accordance with schedules and client requirements

- Adhere to all relevant road transport regulations, safety procedures and environmental compliance requirements

- Communicate professionally with clients and ensure customer satisfaction during service delivery

- Comply with heavy vehicle driver fatigue management rules and work safely within all regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

- Valid HR/HC class driving licence (essential)

- Heavy Vehicle Driving Record (HVDR) clear or acceptable to the company

- Experience in liquid waste transport or the road transport industry (highly desirable but not essential)

- Knowledge of heavy vehicle safety and compliance requirements





- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Physical fitness to perform manual handling duties associated with waste transport operations

- Willingness to undertake relevant training
