About the role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of operations — accurately combining and dispensing premix concrete materials for delivery to customer sites, supporting daily site activities, and confidently operating plant and mobile equipment.

Key responsibilities

- Produce quality concrete by accurately batching orders with dedicated systems

- Safely operate a front-end loader to prepare materials for batching

- Take ownership of stock control, raw materials, and monthly forecasts

- Perform basic plant maintenance and housekeeping

- Complete administration tasks as required

- Be actively involved in safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes, and reporting

- Keep the yard safe and tidy through general maintenance and housekeeping

About you

- Genuine interest in the concrete industry — experienced operators required





- Confidence using computers and working across multiple systems

- Flexibility, a team-focused mindset, and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed

- Relevant tickets and qualifications (e.g., White Card, FEL, forklift license) are desirable
