Experienced and reliable carpenter/maintenance person required for general maintenance and repairs across various CBD locations. Approximately 3 days per week or as required, with flexible schedule and ongoing work available.

About you
- Carpentry and general maintenance experience, including plastering and painting
- Reliable, practical and able to work independently
- Own tools
- ABN preferred
- Adherence to maintenance, safety and security procedures
- Prompt, courteous and professional service when dealing with high-end tenants
- High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- References required
