Your Time to Shine
The Team Leader is responsible for providing operational leadership and management of student lifecycle initiatives and administrative functions within the faculty ensuring the effective delivery of services that align with the faculties educational goals and customer needs. The Team Leader is responsible for fostering a positive, inclusive and student-centric work environment while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, contractual requirements and HR policies.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience leading diverse business support, administrative and customer service functions, with a focus on improving operational efficiency, service delivery and student/customer outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, programs and workflows, adapt to shifting priorities, drive continuous improvement and lead organisational change aligned to strategic objectives.
- Advanced leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build effective networks, provide sound advice, manage performance,
foster accountability and work independently with sound judgement.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
