The role requires you to be a hands-on Pre-Delivery Operational Manager that can oversee daily outcomes:

- Lead and support the pre-delivery team to maintain high standards of workmanship, productivity, and quality.

- Oversee the scheduled workflow to ensure delivery deadlines are consistently achieved.

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Department.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Coordination

- Liaise with Sales, Parts, Service and Accessories to ensure efficient vehicle delivery.

- Lead, manage and develop Pre-Delivery Technicians and Detailers.

- Train team members to deliver quality workmanship and dealership standards.

Customer Satisfaction





- Ensure vehicles are delivered in pristine, showroom-ready condition.

- Resolve quality concerns and customer requests professionally.

Accessories & Customisation

- Oversee accessory installations to manufacturer and customer standards.

- Coordinate accessory requirements with relevant departments.

PDI & Documentation

- Manage vehicle flow through the PDI process and meet delivery timeframes.

- Administration activities to maintain accurate inspection, repair and installation records.

- Ensure compliance with manufacturer, warranty, safety and dealership requirements.

Performance & Accountability

- Monitor team performance, productivity and departmental budgets.

- Drive continuous improvement and efficient vehicle turnaround.

- Foster a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture.

- Liase with our sales and the parts department in the same building, with services, and accessory supplies.

- Lead and manage a team of pre-delivery technicians and detailers.

- Train staff on inspection, quality control, and dealership standards.
