WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING





You’ll be responsible for making sure the housekeeping operation runs like it should.

That means:

✅ Leading and motivating the housekeeping team.

✅ Setting daily priorities and keeping everyone on track.

✅ Training, coaching and developing your team.

✅ Checking rooms and public areas and making sure standards are met.

✅ Monitoring KPIs, productivity and guest feedback.

✅ Managing stock, supplies and equipment.

✅ Working with other departments to solve problems quickly.

✅ Handling guest concerns professionally.

✅ Finding better, smarter and more efficient ways to work.

✅ Keeping the team accountable while creating a positive workplace.

✅ Stepping in when things get busy and showing the team how it’s done.
