What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

- Daily Living & In-Home Support: Guiding morning routines, pulling together meals, keeping the house functional and assisting with personal care like bathing and grooming

- Getting Out into the Real World: Providing transport and hitting the local community to do stuff participants actually want to do, rather than sitting in a depressing food court staring at a fake fern.

- Skill Building & Good Energy: Facilitating genuine hobbies, running errands, playing board games, sharing banter and helping participants build real confidence in their daily lives.

- The Professional Side: Writing sharp, clear shift notes (yes, actual sentences matter)



and ensuring team handovers are seamless and reliable every single time.
