Organic growth has created the opportunity for an Employment Consultant to join the Inner West team. If you are based in another location within NSW, the team is also open to a remote work arrangement.

The Role

- Engage & support people who have sustained an injury in the workplace
- Assist with your clients' job search & work collaboratively with stakeholders towards sustainable employment outcomes
- Oversee the preparation of CVs & job applications
- Provide interview training & coaching
- Develop a network of local employers & perform reverse marketing
- Labour Market Analyses (LMAs)
- Arrange & monitor vocational programs & re-training
- Actively contribute to the Workplace Rehabilitation team

The Benefits

- Above market salary package of $85-95K + Super
- Uncapped bonus scheme paid quarterly, based on a holistic assessment of your performance, following probation
- Professional development up to $2,000/year, customised & in line with your role




- 3 days from home & 2 days in the Inner West office (or purely from home if elsewhere in NSW)
- Full-time, or part-time at 3 or 4 days/week for established ECs
- Smartphone & laptop
- Travel allowance, tolls & parking, plus all business expenses

The Ideal Candidate

- Employment Consultant with 1+ year of Workplace Rehabilitation experience
- A confident communicator, you excel in developing relationships with all stakeholders
- Reverse marketing skills
- Energetic & positive, you enjoy making a difference to the lives of others
- Driver's licence & car
