Your new role:
Based full-time in Melbourne's outer south-east, you will take ownership of projects throughout the pre-construction process and become a key technical resource for both clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

- Attending client meetings and providing guidance and support throughout the pre-construction journey.
- Coordinating surveys, soil tests, engineering and approvals.
- Managing tender variations, selections and documentation.
- Preparing and coordinating contracts, insurance and permit applications.
- Reviewing plans and specifications to identify design, cost and buildability risks.
- Supporting sales and tender discussions with technical expertise.
- Driving process improvements and contributing ideas to enhance the customer experience.

What you'll need to succeed:





- Strong experience within custom residential construction.
- Background in pre-construction or contracts administration
- Ability to read and interpret plans, engineering and specifications.
- Confident communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Strong technology skills, with experience using construction software highly regarded.
