We have an immediate opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join a well-established international aviation organisation based in Brisbane's south.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Data entry and maintaining spreadsheets, reports and records
- Sales and general administration support
- Assisting with invoicing, payment receipts and finance data
- Coordinating meetings, diaries and office activities
- Organising travel, accommodation and meeting requirements
- Answering and directing calls
- Supporting the wider team with whatever needs to get done

ABOUT YOU
You'll ideally have some administration, office support, customer service or data-entry experience and be:

- Confident with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Organised with great attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling different priorities
- Qualified and confident communicating with people
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Someone who enjoys being part of a team and getting things done




- Comfortable working with technical information and accurately entering detailed data into business systems.
- Exposure to aviation, aircraft maintenance/parts, technical records or MRO systems would be highly advantageous (but not essential).

Aviation, Defence, engineering, manufacturing or logistics experience would be great — but it's certainly not essential.

What matters more is your attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.

NB: To be considered for this role, you must be prepared to undergo strict screening process including employment medical and national police check. This role is only open to Australian Citizens.
