This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a professional, collaborative and supportive team where you will have strong administrative support, ongoing career development and flexibility around working arrangements.

About the Role:

You will manage a diverse portfolio of approximately 25 buildings and 1,000 lots, with the portfolio structured according to your experience, capability and skill set.

The portfolio provides exposure to a variety of properties and ownership structures, including:

- Large and small strata schemes
- Residential, commercial and retail properties
- Mixed-use developments
- Community Associations
- Building Management Committees (BMCs)

You will have the support of a Strata Assistant and dedicated Accounts Team, while also working collaboratively with other team members across projects, compliance and portfolio matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing your own portfolio of strata schemes
- Building strong relationships with committees, owners and key stakeholders
- Preparing for and attending AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings
- Providing advice in accordance with NSW strata legislation
- Managing maintenance, repairs, contractors and compliance requirements
- Resolving disputes and handling challenging conversations professionally
- Ensuring clients receive a high level of communication and customer service
- Working collaboratively with assistants, accounts and the wider strata team
- Proactively identifying issues and delivering practical solutions

About You
We are looking for an experienced Strata Manager who is technically capable,



client-focused and confident managing a portfolio.
You will ideally have:

- NSW Class 1 or Class 2 Licence
- Solid knowledge of NSW strata legislation and industry best practice
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- High levels of professionalism, integrity and accountability
- Emotional intelligence and confidence handling difficult conversations
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support the wider team
- A genuine interest in continuing your professional development
