About the Roles

We are currently recruiting warm, switched-on receptionists to join our front-of-house team across two distinct opportunities:

1. Full-Time CBD Receptionist: Monday to Friday, standard clinic hours at our Queen Street clinic.

2. Part time Newmarket Receptionist: 22 hours per week across 3 days (including rostered Friday and Saturday coverage) at Newmarket Village.

You’ll be the first voice our patients hear and the first face they see. That matters to us. We’re open to experienced senior receptionists ready to take ownership of front-of-house operations, as well as earlier-career candidates with the right attitude and values who want to grow with us.

You’ll be:

• Welcoming patients and managing appointments across our clinics

• Processing payments and handling private health claims

• Supporting our podiatrists to deliver seamless patient experiences

• Working with our systems (Cliniko and Zoom Phone) to keep things running smoothly

• Answering calls and responding to enquiries with warmth and efficiency

About You

You bring energy to a room without needing to be the loudest person in it. You’re calm under pressure, sharp on detail,



and genuinely enjoy helping people.

Australian work rights are required.

We’re looking for:

• Experience in healthcare reception, or strong customer service from other industries (minimum 2 years if no healthcare background)

• A natural comfort with technology and curious about how systems work and quick to learn

• Warmth and professionalism in equal measure

• Problem-solving instincts and attention to detail

• A team-first mindset and willingness to pitch in when needed

This role isn't for you if:

• You see reception as "just answering phones"

• You blame others when things go wrong

• You’d rather escalate problems than attempt to solve them

• You’re uncomfortable with technology or resistant to learning new systems

• Covering for the team occasionally feels like too much to ask
