About the Role:

You will be responsible for managing an established portfolio of approximately 40 schemes and between 800–1,000 lots.
The business is looking for someone who can confidently manage their portfolio, develop strong relationships with committees and owners, and provide a high level of professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of approximately 40 schemes and 800–1,000 lots
- Build and maintain strong relationships with committees, owners and key stakeholders
- Prepare for and chair AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings
- Provide qualified advice regarding NSW strata legislation and compliance
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, insurance and contractor requirements
- Manage budgets and financial matters in conjunction with the accounts team
- Handle disputes and complex strata matters professionally
- Ensure matters are followed up efficiently and clients are kept informed
- Work collaboratively with the wider strata management team
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members where required

About You
To be successful in this position, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience managing your own strata portfolio
- NSW Class 1 or Class 2 Licence
- Strong understanding of NSW strata legislation




- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Confidence managing meetings and dealing with committees
- Ability to handle complex issues and difficult conversations
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- High levels of professionalism, integrity and accountability
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team
