About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our Parts Department. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately identifying and supplying parts to trade, retail and internal workshop customers. You'll work closely with technicians, service advisors and suppliers to ensure parts are sourced efficiently and delivered with exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

- Interpreting and identifying automotive parts requirements

- Assisting retail, trade and internal customers

- Processing parts orders and invoices

- Managing stock control and inventory accuracy

- Maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers

- Ensuring parts are supplied accurately and efficiently

- Contributing to departmental sales targets and commission opportunities

About you

- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter, preferably within a dealership environment

- Robust automotive parts knowledge





- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong computer and administration skills

- A positive attitude and team-first approach

- Current Australian driver's licence

- Forklift licence/ticket desirable
