About the Role

You will work closely with one Strata Manager, providing day-to-day support across an established portfolio of approximately 700 lots.

Rather than supporting multiple managers, you will work closely with one person, allowing you to develop a strong understanding of the portfolio and gain valuable experience across all areas of strata management.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting one experienced Strata Manager
- Assisting with a portfolio of approximately 700 lots
- Responding to owners, committees and contractors
- Preparing correspondence and meeting documentation
- Assisting with AGM, EGM and committee meeting preparation
- Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor quotes
- Following up repairs, work orders and outstanding matters
- Assisting with insurance and compliance requirements
- Updating records and maintaining accurate documentation
- Developing your knowledge of NSW strata legislation
- Gradually taking on additional responsibilities as your experience develops

About You:

Ideally, you will have:

- Previous strata administration or Assistant Strata Manager experience
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities

- Strong computer and administration skills
- An interest in progressing into a Strata Manager position
- NSW Certificate of Registration, Class 2 Licence or currently working towards your qualifications
