At Little Learners Day Care we are committed to providing quality care for the children at our service.

As the Centre Director, you are expected to oversee the entire operations of the service, lead, guide and support a team which provides high quality early childhood education and care to children.

We are looking for a quality Centre Director with the enthusiasm & ability to lead and inspire staff & families.

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

- Current ACECQA-approved Diploma in Children's Services or above;

- Child Protection Qualification;

- Current First Aid;

- Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training;

- Current Working with Children's Check;

- Solid prior experience in a Centre Director role (minimum 2 year experience)

- Prior experience with SRF system will be an advantage;

- Competency with OWNA IT system will be advantageous.

- Ensure the service is compliant with the Education and Care Services National Law & Regulations and other relevant legislation;

- Focus on quality improvement and supporting teams to understand and follow our Centres policies and procedures;

- Rostering of staff using a rotating roster;

- Display high levels of initiative and motivation whilst being skilled, proactive and flexible;

- Be available to work 38 hours each week (Monday-Friday);

- Knowledge of OWNA & SRF systems will be an advantage;

- Well developed computer skills (‘Word’ & ‘Excel’) and understanding of CCMS is required;

- Extensive knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards;

- Passionate about Early Learning.
