Key Responsibilities

- Prospecting and generating new listing opportunities
- Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients
- Conducting property appraisals and listing presentations
- Managing residential property sales from listing through to settlement
- Conducting home opens and private inspections
- Negotiating offers and achieving solid outcomes for clients
- Developing your personal brand and presence within the local market
- Maintaining an active database and building a strong referral network

About You:

We are looking for someone who is ambitious, professional and motivated by results.

Ideally, you will have:





- Previous experience in residential real estate sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proven ability to build relationships and generate new business
- Excellent presentation and customer service skills
- A proactive approach to prospecting and business development
- Strong knowledge of the local property market
- A current real estate registration/licence and driver's licence
