About the Role

Haus of Laser Sydney is looking for a passionate, confident and motivated Laser & Skin Therapist to join our growing team.

The role is focused on delivering high-quality laser hair removal and advanced skin treatments, while providing every client with a professional, personalised and results-driven experience.

Your Responsibilities

- Perform professional laser hair removal treatments

- Perform HydraFacial treatments, including customised boosters and LED

- Perform skin needling / microneedling treatments

- Perform advanced skin treatments and customised facials

- Conduct client consultations and skin assessments

- Develop personalised treatment plans based on each client's skin concerns and goals

- Recommend appropriate treatments and home-care products

- Provide detailed pre- and post-treatment care

- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes

- Follow all clinic safety, hygiene and treatment protocols

- Maintain a clean, organised and professional treatment environment

- Deliver exceptional customer service from consultation through to treatment and aftercare

- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients

- Work towards treatment and retail targets where applicable

- Assist with general clinic duties, opening and closing procedures

Laser

- Laser hair removal

Skin

- HydraFacial

- HydraFacial with customised boosters

- LED therapy

- Skin needling / microneedling

- Advanced facials

- Customised skin treatments

- Chemical peels, where qualified and trained

About You





We are looking for someone who:

- Has a genuine passion for laser and skin

- Is confident performing treatments and consulting with clients

- Has experience with laser hair removal and advanced skin treatments

- Is confident with HydraFacial and/or skin needling, or is willing to be trained

- Has excellent communication and customer service skills

- Is professional, reliable and well-presented

- Takes pride in delivering high-quality treatments

- Is passionate about achieving real results for clients

- Has a strong eye for detail

- Is eager to continue learning and developing their skills

- Works well independently and as part of a team

- Is comfortable working in a rapid-paced clinic environment

- Has availability for evenings and weekends where required

Experience With

Experience with Candela laser systems, HydraFacial, LED therapy, skin needling and advanced skin treatments is highly regarded.

Training may be provided to the right candidate.
