About the Role As a Strata Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio while developing strong relationships with owners, council members, contractors and other key stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a portfolio of strata schemes
- Building strong relationships with owners and council members
- Preparing for and attending AGMs, council meetings and other meetings
- Managing budgets, financial matters and expenditure
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractors
- Ensuring compliance with relevant strata legislation
- Managing insurance matters and claims
- Providing professional advice and guidance to clients
- Working closely with internal teams and other areas of the wider property business

About You To be successful,



you will ideally have previous experience within strata management and be confident managing client relationships and competing priorities.

You will bring:

- Previous strata management experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- A professional and client-focused approach
- Valuable knowledge of relevant strata legislation
