About the role

As a residential cleaner at Clean N' Co Services, you'll work across Melbourne's inner south-east, primarily between South Yarra, Glen Iris, Malvern, Carnegie, and Oakleigh. You'll be inside clients' homes, often while they're around, so how you present and communicate matters as much as the clean itself. You'll have the opportunity to expand your development and grow into commercial shifts as they become available, so there's room to grow your hours and vary your week.

Key responsibilities

- Perform residential cleaning across all service areas from South Yarra through to Oakleigh

- Travel to and work across multiple locations within the inner south-east corridor

- Present professionally and communicate effectively with clients in their homes

- Take pride in attention to detail and quality of work

- Be energetic, reliable and on the move throughout your shift

About you

- Personable, with solid communication skills, comfortable representing us in a client's home

- Available across weekdays, daytime, reliable during the week

- Someone who enjoys active, physical work and takes pride in the details

- Energetic, reliable and happy to be on the move all shift





- Centrally located in Melbourne's inner south-east and able to travel across all service areas

- Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable car

- Police clearance (or willing to obtain)

- Smartphone (iOS or Android)

Benefits

- $33.85–$37.91/hr casual rate

- Paid travel time between every job

- 12% super + $1.01/km travel allowance

- Fortnightly pay

- 15–25 hours per week with shifts of 4–6 hours

- Priority daytime weekday shifts (Mon–Fri)

- Opportunity to add commercial (evening/early morning) shifts over time
