We maintain close partnerships with dealer networks to deliver high-quality pre-delivery fit-outs, alongside a consistent stream of large scale, high end custom builds for the retail market. As we prepare for our next phase of growth, we are looking for a disciplined leader to join us in a pivotal role.

This position is scheduled to commence in September/October

The Role

This is a hybrid leadership and technical role. You will be responsible for assisting in the running the workshop floor while maintaining a hands on presence on the tools. Your duties will include:

Managing workshop workflow and scheduling to meet deadlines.




Rigorous Quality Control of all builds.
System implementation, updates, and process improvement.
High-level fitting of accessories and complex 12v/24v systems.
Full Tray and Service body fit-outs.
Leading EV powering down and re-initialising procedures.
Training and mentoring the next generation of apprentices.

Requirements.

We are looking for a professional who is looking for a career, not just a job. To be successful, you will need:

Qualifications: Cert 3 in Light Vehicle Mechanical or Auto Electrical.
EV Knowledge: Current EV certification is highly regarded; however, a prerequisite is the willingness to obtain this qualification (supported by the company).
Experience: Proven experience in accessory fitting or Auto Elec work and workshop coordination.
Attitude: A disciplined, hard-working approach with a focus on precision, efficiency and quality.
Vision: The drive to grow with the company and take on more responsibility as we expand.
