We’re scouting for a Duty Manager who calls the plays, supports the squad and makes sure every customer experience is a win.

This role is available as Full Time or Part Time.

Key Plays:

- Support the shift by making sure every area of the field is running smoothly
- Train and motivate the team and help build a winning team culture
- Assist with stock, reporting, compliance, and operational tasks that keep the venue in top shape
- Open the venue and ensure it's well presented and setup for a successful shift
- Complete end of night till counts, TAB compliance and closing procedures

What you’ll bring:





- Hospitality experience (bonus points if it’s in pubs, bars, or busy restaurants)
- RSA
- Bonus Points for TAB Basics and/or Advanced (but not necessary)
- A passion for creating epic customer experiences and building a buzzing venue
