A rare and exciting opportunity awaits for an experienced Store Manager to step into a hands-on role like no other! You’ll have a supportive Regional Manager and receive structured training as you learn a complex and agile business, where no two days are the same! Coaching and developing a team of 15 people, you’ll drive sales, operational performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences. From high-value retail transactions to helping customers through challenging circumstances, you'll need to be adaptable, resilient and confident making decisions in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an outstanding pathway for someone who is ambitious and ready to build a long-term career.
Successful applicants will have:
- Previous leadership or management experience in a large-format and fast-paced environment.
- A people-first leadership style with the confidence to coach and have courageous conversations when required.
- Strong commercial awareness, with an understanding of KPIs, team performance and achieving business outcomes.
- Resilient, adaptable and able to thrive in an ever-changing environment where every day brings something different.
- Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for building relationships with customers, colleagues and the local community.
