Available Roles:

Bartender – Confident in cocktail craft and premium spirits, with a passion for mixology and storytelling behind the bar

Our ideal candidate will:

· Previous experience in a similar premium bar environment

· Strong bartending/mixology skills

· A professional demeanour, with a customer centric work ethic

· An ability to thrive under pressure and work in a high paced environment

· Excellent presentation and grooming

· Can work both autonomously and collaboratively

· Full working rights in Australia, with Availability to work a versatile roster (including daytime, evening and weekend shifts)

· A current NSW RSA
